I got this exercise from T.Harv Eker. I am not sure who first brought it through. I just know it works for me.
All healing and changes take place on the subconscious level. It is very important to understand that this exercise helps drive a healthy conditioning process deep into the subconscious mind.
Intention is everything. . Once you get the technique down. You can do these exercises also sitting or laying down
These exercises help integrate the left brain and the right brain; your logical side with creative side.
Physically moving with these exercises helps you manifest faster.
Visual- Eyes move only - keep head straight.
Out loud - say affirmation - say it like you mean it (passion and conviction)
30 seconds
Remember how you draw the number eight (8) with a pencil
1. Extend your arms in front of you. lock elbows (no straining),
2. Clasp your hands together with interlocked fingers
3. Point your thumbs up.
4. Draw the number 8. Nice and big in front of you. It is the infinity symbol.
Auditory - rubbing the rim of the ears, both sides
1. Use your index finger and thumb.
2. Start at the top of the ears.
3. Rub and/or roll out the rim of the ears. Gently pulling, rolling outward and back all the way
down to the bottom of the ear, then start all over again
4. Out loud say affirmation
5. Listen to when you say the affirmation focusing on hearing with both ears then one at a time.
6. 30 seconds.
Kinesthetic - sitting or standing. Cross crawl exercise (Donna Eden)
1. Raise arms up bent slightly at the elbow as if you were making a field goal symbol.
2. You will synchronize the right elbow to the left knee
3. Return to original position.
4. Left knee to the right elbow
5. Alternate back and forth.
6. Out loud repeat affirmation
7. 30 seconds
Spirit - Sitting, Standing or laying down.
1. Place one hand on top of the other (either hand first will be okay) over your heart
2. Feel your hands warm
3. Out loud say affirmation
4. Feel the vibration of your voice in your hands and heart
5. Close eyes
6. 30 seconds
I added onto the Vaks with Smell and taste.
Smell - Olfactory
1. Pick a personalized perfume or
2. Ordinary smell, you smell throughout the day. ie: Coffee
3. Allow yourself to inhale the smell through one nostril at a time, in hale deeply
4. Out load say affirmation
5. Alternate nostrils
5. 30 seconds
- Gustatory
1. Pick something you drink throughout the day.
2. As you drink, think of the affirmation
3. notice the liquid touch your taste buds.
4. Imagine the affirmation touching the taste buds like the liquid.
5. As you finish that drink say that is correct and then the affirmation .
6. 30 seconds.
