Giving HOPE Thought Management Healing Tool
Instructions
CONSIDER THE SOURCE...
Kicking the thoughts to the curb. We are looking for clarity. Put one name in at a time into the box. Can put a group name to represent a group of people.
Who do I include? Everyone. Remember you are not kicking out the good you are kicking the negative stuff, the power of suggestion, naysayers, doubt, and old rules. Caused by wrong teaching, outdated teachings, other peoples dreams, and memories. When you need healthy advice you will recall that. You are not throwing out the baby with the bath water.

"You don't need a man." --Comes from society
Who are thoughts coming from?
*Important to remember:
Sometimes we attract people just to show their insecurities.
People will say anything so they don't have to deal with your issue.
NOTE: KEEP the paper in safe keeping. File it so you can look back and see if you put them in there already. Remember do not throw it away.
One name per box. You can put many boxes on one sheet.
QUESTION: Why do we keep it? We keep it because it is a reminder that we already filed them and that it is done. We throw it away we open the box again.
