Learning to train yourself to be grateful first. We are so use to going there in the negative when we are upset. Exercise describe in the, "My Inner World Creates My Outer World."
Quick two things exercise. 1. when you are upset with someone, quickly come up with two things that you like or love about them. Do this everyday. Set time aside to do this everyday for two weeks. You can't use the same thing you said everyday. You can only say it once.
When you are mad I would highly suggest you use other healing tools along side of this. One would be Golden lasso. One my other favorites are the Treasure Chest.
