SOURCE POINT HEALING
Source point refers to energy going to the organ and then to the meridian
LU 9 = Lung acupressure point 9 on the lung meridian.
PC 7 = Pericardium acupressure point 7 on the pericardium or circulation sex meridian. it is two thin layers of a sac-like tissue that surround the heart, hold it in place and help it work. A small amount of fluid keeps the layers separate so that there's no friction between them.
Ht 7 = I rub both sides just before bed. To help balance my heart so I can get into a resting heart rate. When your heart is getting below your average heart rate then you will be able to fall asleep faster.
LV 3 = follow the bone from the tip of the toes down until they meet and then fall forward into a hole. I will use this point when I eat toxic food, meet toxic people, toxic thoughts, and toxic emotions.
Small Intestine is excellent for strengthening and calming all aspects of the organ. This point opens the chest and calms an anxious heart (the Yin organ pair of the Small Intestine.) It improves a patient’s well-being and ability to separate pure from impure on all levels. It promotes peristalsis, supports a healthy gut lining, and stimulates the immune system.
UB 64: is the Capital bone. In chinese medicine the word translate to importance and to help govern. Issues are considered and your ability to use your willpower to make decision whether you are in spirit or in ego mindset. The bones are the deepest and densest part of the body, rich in minerals, providing support and stability. As such, this point has a deep effect on the bones, reinforcing and strengthening a patient's foundation. As a source (yuan) point, this point is often used to ground or anchor a treatment. The reserves which are held in the Water element provide the strength to endure.
