Giving HOPE - Sensory System Accessing Healing Tool
NOTE: Healing the foundation and resolving issues to evolve my soul. 10,000 nonverbal cues communicated by a person in less than a minute. What signals are we broadcasting out there. What signals are we picking up that really isn't their truth but ours. No one can show up to you any other way then you let them. When you resolve to evolve and heal instead of deal. You change relationships. Your inner world that creates the outer world is in a healthier alignment. Becoming a Spiritual Human is the next generation. It isn't about religion or hierarchy.
I had to address that I use my eyes to see others. My friend uses hearing to see others. My TOPIC to heal was, "I see people taking offense" As I focused, my mental self talk kicked in, pictures of what it looks like and all the experiences that came at me as well as how I reacted. I am looking at how I 'KNOW" my world. All the physical gestures that occur.
It has been observed that Are first impressions accurate and how quickly do we form them?
Snap impressions that is impressions based our limbic brains reading of persons nonverbal cues in a fraction of a second are quick, powerful, and surprisingly accurate. We’re hardwired to give and receive them. We are especially accurate in assessing certain personality characteristics such as extroversion as well as competency.
A meta-analysis of forty-four studies measuring the accuracy of people’s first impressions showed their impressions to be highly accurate. Snap impressions, on the other hand, give you an internal rudder, a map to the treasure of each person’s true self. Current research says that we can form an accurate first impression in 100 milliseconds — less than the time it takes to snap our fingers
