The breath is important to breathe out a little longer than on your inhale.
GRATITUDE - INTENTION OF giving thanks with AWARENESS of how you know that.
Now when I go into a room, I don't have to be complacent and take it for granted. I can create more of it. I am delighted that I have electricity. I am delighted to have a warm shower and to take a shower in a shower. I am so delighted I can use conveniences like toilet paper. I have food at will. I can have all those things freely handed to me through alignment. My vibration match.

BREATH: INTENTION AND AWARENESS
The breath is important to breathe out a little longer than on your inhale.
- Breathe at a slow pace
- Be mindful of your breathing
- Breath in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Breath out 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
- Do that several rounds
- Once you mastered that then you can begin to walk and chew gum at the same time.
- Using awareness is your key to success.
- Placing the hand on your heart.
- One hand, both hands, just your fingertips.
- At the thymus (where your necklace pendant would fall.)
- Or between the breast/pecks (heart point)
- Where you place your hand draws your attention and where attention goes energy flows.
- Be mindful and pay attention with intention. Drop into a grounding by using your awareness that you are out of your head and into that heart space.
GRATITUDE - INTENTION OF giving thanks with AWARENESS of how you know that.
- The key here is to notice that gratitude is about how you have already done it.
- You already got it.
- You already experienced it.
- Remember the first time you were truly grateful to receive.
- To help you get deeper into gratitude look for parameters.
- Example: during the pandemic in 2019 and my childhood in the late 1960s and early 1970s. I remember we didn't have toilet paper, electricity, running water, or clean water, the house or trailer was cold and you could hear the whistling. That became a program of being poor. I said someday when I get older I will have heat and I will have a home to stay safe and warm. I will have... How do I know that?
- I know I can go without.
- I know I went without.
- I know I don't have to.
- When I do go there into that master feeling of negative memories with intense negative emotions attached which creates a nocebo effect.
- I heal with OMG or other tools.
- I healed the program of impending doom. Because the program of fear that it could happen again is resolved off my memories. Healing allows you to let the memory be a memory. And it is the key to being a prisoner in woundology.
- I can now use it as a healthy parameter to be grateful.
- I can be happy because “I know that” I know what it feels like to be.
