- Breath in to the count of 5 slowly and out on the count of 8 slowly gets you into your heart and you can create and it tells your body you are safe. and in a safe place. it is like an emotional trigger that frees the rejuvenation in a healing chemistry in the body. The stress and survival chemistry is not needed when you feel safe.
- Breath in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Breath out 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
- do that several rounds and then ask your question
- Call your attention to your heart center
- it will be yes or no
- it doesn't need a back story or a history lesson.
