Steps:
- Hand positions. To help you locate where to place your fingers.
- When you participate on the Medicine Woman Soultion show. I provide information and a code
- Code will be any combination of negative emotions to the corresponding pulse points.
- Pulse points are located on your wrist
- S = Soft. hold your thumb soft on a point
- D = Deep. Hold your thumb down a little deeper
- L = Left. You will hold your left wrist with your right thumb
- R= Right. You will hold your right wrist with your left thumb
- 1 = first position on the wrist. it is the Closest to the thumb
- 2 = second position just below the first position
- 3 = third position just below second position and that is closest to the elbow.
- Positions are aligned under the thumb
- Finger place at the bend in the hand next to the fatty part of the thumb.
- When you have the thumb on the point. Take the free open hand and place the middle finger on the center top of the head and drop hand over the forehead. Keep your hand there until healing is complete.
Definitions of why it works.
- OMG points are located on the forehead. - This is called neurovascular. They are the main points.
- 80% of the blood leaves the frontal lobe to go into the limbs to help you go into the survival mode of fight, flight, freeze.
- The hairline - is the meridian (liver) to help cleanse out the chemical peptides.
- Chemical peptides - you create them when you think, physiology, move, environment. You create them so you can feel what you are thinking, feel the environment.
- The top of the head is an emotional point to help calm you down. Metal element is made up of lung meridian and Large intestine meridian. Lung is grief and Large intestine is about letting go. also at the top of the head are more meridians and it helps the whole body.
- When the blood comes back up into your frontal lobe you will be able to think your way out of a paper bag.
- What do you want to heal?
- Whatever the situation is that is upsetting you. you can measure it from 0-10. Ten being the worst. You can feel, hear, know, sense, see, smell, and taste.
- Can just be just a negative emotion, feeling, statement, thoughts, that are stuck in the sensory system in the body.
- Can be trauma

Stress Release
If you are stressed, feeling anxious, panicky, or overwhelmed from not knowing what to do about a particular situation, then this ancient method might help.
This stress release is an energy therapy technique that can help to calm the nerves and bring you into a state of assurance that all is well in your world. Not only that, it may also bring you new insights into a problem you may be experiencing. Many positive and exciting ideas have come to people who practice this technique when faced with confusion and stress.
Place your fingers on your forehead about an inch above the eyebrows. You can use one or two fingers from each hand. You will be touching places called neurovascular points. Now hold your fingers there and breathe. Do this for several minutes or as long as you like as the feeling is very soothing and relaxing. Alternatively, you can place the whole palm of your hand across the forehead as that works as well.
This is also a great remedy to have on hand if your child has had a stressful day at school, is angry, upset, or hurt. Ask him or her to breathe deeply while you place your palm on their head and ask them to release the situation which has brought about the stress by breathing it out. This can be very relaxing and can also help when having trouble sleeping.
When you are stressed or feeling blue, this technique releases tension from your body as well as from your mind.
Our modern bodies still react to threats and stress much like our ancestors did thousands of years ago. Running away or fighting required that the blood rushes away from the brain and into the body to support quick action. We are designed to react physically to an emergency, not to think. The Neurovascular Hold interrupts the fight-or-flight response, bringing blood back to your forebrain so you can think more clearly.
When doing the above-mentioned techniques, it helps if you are sitting or lying down. Also tune in to the stress you are feeling or focus on as stressful thought, memory, or situation. When holding, hold softly for up to three minutes, breathing deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Most of the session are done through zoom app over the internet. You are fully dressed. She listens to the body talk and she translates what memories are in there and what it is connected to. Once the information is brought up then there is a lot of choices to heal that.
The information will come through with pictures, images, color, sounds, smells, words, ideas or anything that is important will show up. She will then communicates that energy into words that you can understand and follow. She will present the information from many different perspectives until you consciously understand what the body is saying.
It is important to understand that what may be in the physical first must be developed from the spiritual, mental, or emotional bodies. The physical is the last point so you can see what is going on in the rest of the bodies. There is a point of origin to significant emotional experiences.

A bad connotation happens here from the past. An emotional response you gave (a twang - took it personal-defensive.) Example: I overheard someone telling someone else about my condition and that hurts me (usually when we under the age of 7). They had really bad bowel problems. There was something seriously wrong. When a child overhears such things, the logical abilities haven't been formed yet and can lead to the child to create false meaning and a false reality. The child will not have enough information or understand the feelings they are having. When the child becomes hurt, and doesn't have a healthy way to cope, handle, deal, or pacify then it will be stored as emotion and that emotional chemical peptide will haunt them for the rest of their life. It will restrict energy in the body. Over time, time doesn't heal, you move on with the roots and the end result of emotions that have not been resolved out. Closure has not happened to this issue. You will need to create closure. When closure is not created the body and the brain will keep bringing it up again and again creating a hell loop.
Your soul is asking, "Can you heal it now? We need that life force to keep you healthy and create a happier aligned life." Your internal representation will project out so your inner world creates your outer world. As the life force is still invested into the hellish experience, the emotion(s) takes up residence in the body locking the memory in place and dislodge the flow of your spirit. What ends up happening after a long amount of time goes by. The experience can show up as a physical illness. A certain amount of time without a good healthy flow of life force and you finally end up seeing a doctor.
I can imagine the hope that was in that person. I am going to get an answer. Well, the doctor could not find anything wrong with that person. He asked his patient, “What was or is going on in your life?” The person said well I am in between jobs and can’t really find one because there are no jobs out there. The doctor said that was it. Well, that made that patient very irate. How dare that doctor tell me it is in my head and it is related to me not working. That is ridiculous.
I understand in the metaphysical field that the physical body and the health of your mental, emotional and spiritual self affect each other. We have to begin to see how energy flows the four-body system is not separate.
